Phase one of a duplex renovation involved a full gut-reno of its three bathrooms. Each of the spaces was given a unique character. Two main floor bathrooms are light and soft. The lower level bathroom—servicing a playroom and the family’s gym—has a bolder, more defined character.
The guest bathroom—also used by the Clients’ daughter—is playful with a touch of soft color and subtle pattern. The main bathroom is glam yet earthy, with micro-cement walls, unlacquered brass fixtures. The lower-level gym bathroom is a bold play of contrasts.
