Inspiration behind the Willow House design comes directly from the surrounding nature. The overall goal of the project was to create a peaceful oasis, a summer retreat for a busy family from New York City. Every space incorporates a number of nature-based elements and architectural details: from the layering of diverse (local) wood species throughout, to the natural stone, and a soft color palette.
